yeah ch26 is literally the same as ch25
it's not vortex scan's fault that there are missing or duplicate chapters, it's the bot scraping them from the scan's website. i'm not familiar with who akuma scan is, but i doubt they'd pick this up when vortex scan is almost two chapters away from being fully caught up with the raws. the only issue is that vortex is putting the chapters behind a paywall, and it takes an incredibly long time for them to release new chapters for free.
