Well, I finished all 54 ch in two evenings.... I’m sorry, pls don’t hate me~ I love Solo leveling more. I think it’s similar. Way too similar. That’s why I’m comparing this two~ it’s still nice, and stuff ~ but way too much txt to read~ of coz I’ll continue with this one but it will never give me that feelings as with each update of solo leveling)))) I luv you all)

I don't think they are that comparable actually. The only comparable point is that people are hunting monsters and there is a game-like status screen. Do u know how many manga has those? In Solo Leveling, the mc is still in their world, he has not lost a family member, not looking for revenge. Also Solo Leveling's mc has a 0 to hero power boost while this mc starts off already powerful bc of his brother. I think that this manga has more point in terms of character development and generally as what the characters are intending to do. When the characters want to get stronger just because, it gets boring.

They're similar to a degree; mostly the part about the nature of their power -to control death.
SL MC do 'know' there's 'someone' guiding him in his quest to power, but he set that thought aside.
while Ranker MC, maybe some thought that he was guided through his brother memories, but I think that he has a unique path of fate, a bloody one -one that blessed by death, and requires sacrifice for him to reach his goal.
Another point was that SL MC was totally solo player, that regard everyone else as... insignificant, except his family, thus never took part in party play.
While Ranker MC, took a deep thought before allying himself with others.
So I guess our wishes for him to be just in a coma somewhere in a hospital are pretty ruined after this chapter.... iam trying to find another happy end for this story... but damn it looks sad....T_T
Well... I hope the short side story will be about them in the future~ living together or so~~~ but it was beautiful ending~ ╥﹏╥
