Their LQ is one of the realistic LQs I have read. Like keeping distance at each other and realising amidst it, "what's the reason why I am running away for?" Saying that you want to give them a chance but you cant entirely forget everything.

Yes at first it just shows how crazy Wooyeon is but so far in the novel Inseob is also crazy obsessive with Wooyeon. But bec he has not experienced this kind of things in his life, he is not aware that he's like that and he is the one that is now making Wooyeon even more crazy. On the outside, he looks like a pitiful child infront of Manager Cha and CEO Kim being mistreated/threathened by Wooyeon but they are actually is not aware he got Wooyeon a bit on a leash and he is trying to behave bec Inseob doesnt want him to do anything crazy.
