ok so i just read ch 56 on manta. chens not that bad of a guy despite all that i hated on him before. him and alex are pretty funny to watch. also chen's parents being killed in accident... there's no way it was an accident right? we've already established that the head family likes to cause "accidents" to kill off the collateral lines so chen's parents being killed off was probably one of those incidents. or maybe it was an accident because they still left chen alive?
also side note: LIANS FUCKING TERRIFYING. dude she just pops out of nowhere like one of the panels with her literally reminded me of "here's johnny!". i nearly shit my pants. there's no way my prior theory about her being one of the bad guys is wrong cuz the way the author draws her is literally the most villainous shit u could imagine
