Basically Hima is on the run: from what we know he came from the inner city (this place where there's apparently political strict control and the rich elite people live), he went out with team 4 and for reasons unknown he is the only survivor of the team. The tortured guy is Gina's childhood friend from the inner city. He was tortured forced to testify against Hima, making Hima the bad guy for the public of the inner city. We don't know the reason or agenda behind it yet
