have not read the entire thing after this first chapter but from what it looks like, it's literally just a dude who wants to be comforted and uses a pacifier as a comfort item but literally no signs of ageplay nor is it agere
like he still acts his age,, and i think the art is just to play up the pacifier part, a gag and for cute aesthetics
