imo i think during sangwoo's dying moments he may have come to his senses that yoonbum is yoonbum and he's been interacting with yoonbum instead of his mother as he thought he was.

because i feel like sangwoo calling out bum instead of "mum" or alternating bewteen the two in the hospital bed is a big sign, espeically after such an event that usually would've droven him senseless for awhile.

i honestly don't know if it could be considered love but i can say it's definitely an acknowledgement of yoonbum as himself and not as his mother who he sees in bum. and i think with that explained that would be a little sad for yoonbum as all he wanted in the beginning was to be acknowledged by sangwoo in any shape or form.

so seeing him trying to make a role for himself during his time with sangwoo and getting beat and harmed at times for that and still being happy and then him going crazy after a day where sangwoo finally realizes him for who he is, is really just heartbreaking.

the story is amazing because we see two fucking crazy ass people who enable each other to do crazy ass things constantly in the same house and alone most of the time is so wack. as i said before, yoonbum enables sangwoo to kill and get away with it and sangwoo just being there enables yoonbum's delusions of romance with him

drama that's not miscommunication but instead unexplained things are so fucking satisfying holy shit
