i semi agree so i upvoted but then again solhwa already lived her life and died too. she killed herself. if ellin hadn't come to her body that would've been the complete end for her, so essentially it's kind of like she has no right to a body she threw away. she chose to lose her life, but ellin was hit by a car right? so it wasn't her choice to die technically.
No, I don’t think truck-kun was involved. She died from a terminal illness. And she “threw her body away” but it’s not like finding a bill on the ground. It’s her body. Just because she got rid of it doesn’t mean she wants anyone to have it or that anyone has the right to have it. I feel for both of them. It must seem very unfair from both of their perspectives, and it is definitely an unfair situation.
ohh, okay terminal illness. i must be confusing the story. and "threw her body away" does sound kind of ill-fitting now that i think about it. but it's more like she gave up. she didn't want her life anymore because yes, it did suck for her, but now that someone's forced into it when they never asked to be, and has created a happy life for themself, now YOU want it because it's better. she only wants it because ellin is loved by kiha, she says that. and 1) it is not the same, kiha loves ellin for ellin, not just because she's in solhwa's body, even if she's pretty. and 2) that IS selfish. if ellin never made her life better, or never came back in the first place, or even kept being miserable, based of solhwa's personality it seems evident she wouldn't have wanted it back. or if she was given another chance to live she seems like she would've rejected it because essentially, no one around for her cared, except maybe her mother. but now that ellin has formed friendships with people who cared she's forced to give it up because someone who got rid of it wants it back? it just feels more unfair to ellin than to solhwa in my opinion.
it's almost like (on a smaller scale analogy) you have an opportunity, maybe someone offers it to you, or it just appears, and it's specifically for you, but you give it up and move on or go far away from it. if someone else comes up and swipes that opportunity, and makes good use of it and does well with it, it is hard for you to claim you have the right to come back and that the opportunity was originally for you in the first place so you should have the results that the person cultivated. this new life is of ellin's doing, not solhwa's and she earned it.
Personally, I feel they are both being selfish, but that is valid for both of them. I think they both have valid points and I can see it either way. I can’t call one of them bad.
i see both sides as selfish also, i just find ellin's selfishness more valid because the only reason most people make for solhwa is that 'it's her body originally', which can be countered with 'but she gave up her life', which is why i'm on ellin's side but i still feel remorse for solhwa, it's just not as great as the remorse that i'd feel if ellin was stuck in the purgatory or wherever they are.

Because in the latest chapter when Ellin took over Solhwa’s body, Solhwa said it didn’t matter who it was because she felt that the world was too cruel, like she decided that there was not a “reason to live” anymore so she “threw her life away” while Ellin had the will to live and she didn’t want to die, and her death wasn’t a choice; while Solhwa chose to end her life. And when Ellin woke up in Solhwa’s body, she found her own happiness, yes I understand that it wasn’t her body but either way Solhwa was the one who threw it away. Ellin grabbed the opportunity given to her and made the most of it which was also something that Solhwa could have done, but she didn’t. She only decided to take over her body again because she saw that Ellin was happy, had a lover, and true friends; something she didn’t have. If it weren’t for Ellin, Solhwa probably wouldn’t have had the will to live again. And even after she forcefully possessed her body again, all of the “hard work” that Eliin had done to find her happiness is about to be destroyed (?) because of Solhwa’s selfishness of a life that she chose to throw away
