Me too made me confused why her family seems worried about her but I think because she's still a family? Well, the hell with that being a family. Also, I think it's not really a dream? It's just that during those moments that she's unconscious, I think her soul travels back to her own body in real world?? And from what I understand so far, that she didn't die yet that's why she still gain conscious in real world
