I guess because he was never allowed to be a person. You have to acknowledge that he has no aspirations, no dreams, and no desires which really is detrimental. We saw what happened in his childhood when he even tried to reach out and do something different that could shape him as a person, his own person with a personality. He’d just get driven out(?), he’s like a shell in a way. However, I’d hope to see in later development that he’s gonna have some individuality!

I am disappointed. This is exactly like BJ Alex! Ik it is the same author but the plot is ditto. The same way dongyu suggested to have sex as an apology but he in reality completely rejected jiwon. Joo is also acting exactly similar as Jiwon. This is so repetitive and unnecessary. I am not liking this story overall. I was only hyped cuz I loved BJ Alex and was excited to know what more does the author bring. But naahh. I’ll just go re-read BJ Alex. This feels like a cheap copy of it.
Okay now I kind off understand the gist. Atleast it is clearly that the object of his fixation is dajeong. So he basically likes him in a weird kind of way. And he thinks hyeok is fuckable that’s it. Glad that atleast he knows he is a monster and gives dajeong a chance to run away.
