I think its so he has more options to do more things that requires more people and help his tribemen to not get killed as often/bring up their prestige because theyre kinda seen as less than dogsh-t idiots and to possibly have more access to more info the current chief and Shaman isn't willing to give. And from a recent chp w/ the Shaman their conversation should also help remind you of some stuff too I think??? If im wrong, sorry in advance xD
