the way Chase tried to unalive him twice like I love my fictional ML toxic and unhinged but gosh this is like a pet peeve of mine. Like this dude needs a really good chara development as the story progresses bc MC doesnt deserve him for now bc i dont find josh as toxic as him. Im glad jaewoo and hyeonjin finally get tgt and have the happy ending they deserve. Thou I feel bad for Mujin he should have ended up with someone as well. Though I wish his chara could have been more fleshed out. I havent read the novel but i hope the author would write a side story for him.
I also like how hyeonjin, despite turning into an ML, still has the traits of an MC esp the common trope in most kbl stories- living a pathetic life and struggling to pay off debt. I find it quite refreshing to see an ML who is not filthy rich, very soft, living a hard life and being taken cared of by the MC.
The details and the art style of the food are one of the things I enjoy the most. I love it everytime jaewoo cooks he makes me crave korean food.
I hope we get to have side stories and fvk jaewoo’s friend in his real world. His sister deserves a cookie.
