And it doesn't seem like the older bro is gonna be chasing minjae any longer since the blonde dude is his pair and theyll probably develop a between the scenes romance alongside minjae and the lil bro throughout their story.

They have their own story by the same author. It should be right under the cover title for this manga if you know what i mean. And it seems kind of hinted at as well since the blonde dude is paying so much attention to the older bro and is showing no signs of caring for minjae at all.
