I don't find it hot since the sibling trope and the forcing onto one another was REALLY weird. Sure they're not related by blood because of what was said in the story but they refer to themselves as so. It's hard to view it in another light that isn't incest. So yeah pretty weird.
You can feel however you want and that's okay - I'm not defending or trying to change your mind. But, just so you know...out of respect Korean's refer to upperclassmen or just close friends as older sister/brother.

Sometimes I feel like when stories have siblings that are clearly being weird with each other the author has never had any siblings to see how fucking weird this is trust me I love Tatsuki Fujimoto but this definitely crosses a million lines with your average sibling relationship.
