I think the novelist meant the tattoos to look like the male lead from i became a duke's maid, but the artist doesn't want to draw similar thing, so they just put cute tattoos on him
I agree, as soon as is saw it, I was immediately reminded of A Duke's Maid, but in this case his outer appearance seems unchanged -- he doesn't look cursed -- just cute tats on a cute boy hehe
