I think shizu's brain now is like :
1. He thinks hiiragi doesn't like him and instead liked yuki. And when yuki died, hiiragi used 'I like shizu' to cope with his loneliness.
2. This becomes clear when he asks hiiragi what he wanted to do in a sexual relationship with him to which hiiragi has no clear idea.
So now shizu is just tired of the boundary between them and doesn't want this relationship to continue whereas hiiragi finally understands he was taking advantage of shizu's kindness to fulfil his loneliness.
