Uno is a fairly common Japanese last name. It has nothing to do with card games or the Spanish word for "one", just like the Japanese last name Soma has nothing to do with a Finnish word for cute (also soma). There are multiple languages but a limited amount of sounds we can combine to make words. So it's not strange at all that words sound like different words from other languages.
yep called cognates. sometimes the words have no relation and just sound the same. It's easy to get confused when the words don't mean the same thing.
