Tho I don't think that Hyewon will be bak to her older self to be honest. This whole situation with yoosun and the fact that she fell for Dohwa made her a bit more vulnerable, not to mention the fact that she's more desperate to cure her blooming. But I really want Dohwa and Hyewon to run away together *^*
I think you're very correct about the showing of vulnerability. Not to mention, she has lived in fear every day that her secret would be found out. Now that the worst has happened and the secret is out, even though it's "only" Dohwa, that takes so much more weight off her shoulders and she can stop putting up a front. She can finally be herself and as it turns out, she's really not a giant asshole. Just a terrified noblewoman who has had to stand on the razor's edge to keep up appearances all her life.
completely agree to the first two comments. although old hyewon will be truly missed, this vulnerable hyewon makes us see different shades of her (*coughs esp when she bloomed with dohwa *coughs) that help in the progression of her romance with dohwa. but still, old or new, let hyewon kick them ass, please.
