Main couple will find out they are expecting a baby before they have come out to the parents.
Also I think it just feels like the plot is moving especially slow (not that this isn't smut heavy) because we are getting one chapter a day rather than multiple chapters spaced out.
I can see how it looks like M.D is crossing a line but he is giving Chanwoo every opportunity to leave so it's consensual. I can see how he's pissed too, he tried to pursue a romantic relationship and got turned down only for Chanwoo try and start something up with a guy he barely knows. Not a reason to hit, but definitely be upset.
They weren't practicing proper emotional distancing and caught feelings.

Alot of people complain about the title and him not being pregnant but when it was first posted on lezhin it was titled pregman in highschool. I don't know why or if it's still different .
The original title is actually "I got pregnant in boys school"
