I think Riley is lying to Kyle about Owen. I don't think Owen really did hit Riley as what Riley told Kyle. Owen really did seems so nice throughout the story.

Everyone in this story is crazy at the first. Soha sold Goeun to a man, cheating on Doyeol. then, there's Goeun who loves(kinda child to a mom love) Soha like crazy eventho she deceived him. lastly, Doyeol, he can't forget Soha bcs he loves her so much that he ended up doing 'it' with a man that claims he knew Soha well.
but, I'm glad the story went out well. I reallyyy love fked up story like this. Author makes Soha as a bad person is such a good idea, bcs then both mc are doing the right thing by forgetting her. She's a crazy bit*h
