Synopsis: (what i understand as a reader) Angel Gabriel made a bet with Angel metatron if he could make seraphim a fallen angel living in hell, fall in love with Meta then gabriel will sleep with him (real angels don't sleep with each other it's just fanfiction)
The task looks like to bring seraphim back to heaven (Ordered by Lucifer & Gabriel works for Luci) thus that's the bet.
Meta goes to hell & he sees him bullied & injured so he gave seraphim part of his powers to judge his bullies & bring him to justice which Sera made use (seraphim's power are borrowed from Meta & when Meta was looking into his memories to know who created this fallen angel , his inner demon (mother) doesn't want him to leave hell so she makes seraphim use Meta's borrowed powers & hit Meta. She absolutely does not want Sera leaving hell & when Meta tries to kill seraphim his sword breaks by his own powers protecting seraphim & he gets hurt; Seraphim is also hurt but the snake pet uses its blood to heal him ) & thus injured Meta is recuperating in his cave for now
There's a short scene of Gabriel & lucifer talking about hurting seraphim but unable to accomplish it even if they sent many angels to kill him. & Now Sera's inner demons has got metatron powers in Sera's body so it's a failed task thru & thru cause tbc...+-+
Seraphim saw Hell's debauchery & is slowly lusting after Meta, Oh he also calls him GaGa cause Meta gave him Gabriel as his name.
Seraphim can change his form from a kid to adult based on his mood. Anger & lust makes him appear older (so far so good)

Deputy Lord: Micheal. Interchangeably Lord Metatron (the strongest angel) vs lord Lucifer.
And Seraphim here has Micheal/Metatron's powers so he's stronger than Lucifer's angel soldiers. Defeating them as well as preventing Micheal/Meta escaping back to heaven. That's the fanfiction plot I think.
Some bg about angels. Seraphim is a category name of angels that are really strong & can fight Lucifer. Their powers are fire that's why red hair. Yet the strongest is Michael/Metatron & Luci is jealous of god's worship & wants that throne for himself. So his powers are distracting human kind from worshiping God & creating unforgivable sins. Prologue(ch1) shows that seraphim is obsessed with metatron later & binds him with chains & what not. Metatron/Micheal seems to have lost his memory too. Meaning they must spent eons together & he's still thinking about escaping. Poor Metatron.
