Oh okey, ill tell u as I renember it, so the captured vampire is wren, he is the vampire that killed tristans father when he was young, he then raised him as his own son, "grandpa" is a vampire hunter and somwehere in the story he reveladed to tristan that wren is a vampire and that he killed his father, thats how tristan became a hunter. We all thought wren was killed but it turns out he's been tortured by this grandpa and he's probably gonna use wren to get tristan back
The captured vampire was the vampire who took care of him when Tristan was young and he became a vampire hunter because I think he was manipulated by the old guy
The “grandpa” is Tristan’s uncle. His brother is who Wren killed and Tristan’s dad which is why Wren is a prisoner and Tristan was being manipulated so easily.
