objectively true but you gotta remember that this is south korea, and the fact that theyre not only negligent of SA victims(+rampant rape culture) but are also hostile towards lgbtq contributes to why mc is struggling so much in this case. when the guy said "its hard to prove rape between homosexuals" he meant it in the most genuine way possible bc thats true and it sucks
