I'm not sure how to feel about this cause although he's 18 he's still a teenager and both love interests are adults. The story seems interesting maybe if I change the ages in my mind.
I honestly was waiting for a panel to show the ML with an manipulative smirk I honestly can't tell if he's really a big softie or manipulating the MC into thinking it.

I still don't understand the extreme hate for Prison Bae. The MC made all these choices on his own. Prison bae didn't force MC to sell drugs. MC wanted to do it to make extra money. All prison bae did was give him the opportunity. MC chose to snuggle in drugs into the prison for more money to help his family. Prison bae refuse to give him the job out of concern for him but MC kept pestering him about the job. Prison bae noticing he wasn't going to give up cause he was desperate once again gave him the opportunity. & To get the drugs into the prison he has to carry them in his ass. MC was a virgin do y'all honestly believe he was going to be able to carry multiple drug balloons inside his ass and squeeze them out if he was a virgin?. Asshole are small tight muscles he was going to have to stretch it out. Prison bae said the quickest way would be him having to get fuck to stretch it enough to carry. He didn't force the MC the MC once again determined to go to prison agree to the sex. I honestly thought Prison bae was an ok choice because he was someone familiar to him & he felt comfortable enough around him & knowing it was his 1st time he actually tried to be considerate of his well being. It beats a random stranger. So I honestly don't think he was an awful pick to lose his virginity too. Then to top it all off prison bae was so worried about MC getting hurt and wanted to protect him got his own self convicted. Do I think Prison bae is perfect no but I can tell he really likes and cares for the MC regardless of the carefree front he shows. MC has his own free will and makes his own choices nothing was forced upon him with Prison bae now the Prosecutor that's a different story.
I forgot about this story did the author change their mind about side stories? I was honestly sad when I saw the MC ending I wanted him to win so badly and to rebuild his life and be happy but sadly he couldn't escape the sponsor clutches. If I had to choose for him to be with someone out that lineup it probably would've been the young Sadistic one he fought but I prefer he just be single and fine someone who is caring & nice. I hope in the side stories he gets save and can finally be happy.
To be honest he didn't even need the drug the guy seem like he like him also. If he would've just asked him out I believe he would've agreed. To attempt to drug him was shitty. Sadly the friend ended up drinking and got exposed and pretty much rape by the ML. Although he apologized & they ended up together and were happy in the end. It was still a shitty & predator thing to do. So I'm glad the MC didn't agree to mating right away and is still taking his time.

Sometimes the grass isn't greener on the other side. It could be filled with dried up grass & rotten roots. I'm not surprised he's tired of her he made it clear from the beginning that he wasn't feeling her like that. He just wanted to fuck,received nice gifts, & be complimented for basic shit. He been wanted to leave her but couldn't cause the FL found out the truth. & I think deep down he was too embarrassed and felt guilty even tho he didn't show it. && He couldn't take accountability for hurting her because if he did it he would've had to admit to himself that he is piece of shit something his pride & ego couldn't take. But she is going to baby trap him and he is going to be stuck there. The gf is going to be suffering in silence while trying to convince herself that he loves her back and their little family is going to work out. While I believe he might have mix feelings about the child because he always wanted children but not with her so he will be regretting the choices he made in life and blaming her for the cause of his ruin marriage watch.
*Also unpopular opinion I do not feel the sparks between the FL & new ML. Idk what it is and I'm trying so hard to root for her. But honestly Idc for their relationship it seems dry & forced. It's like watching a kdrama and you don't feel the connection between the main actors. I hope I made sense. But other opinions may vary.
He definitely isn't human anymore or atleast 100% human. Him not knowing what a wedding ring means or is kinda solidified my previous theories. Not to mention everyone is so scared of him I believe they know he isn't human neither but he has saved them so they don't say it aloud or acknowledge it. I'm also not sure if it's a good thing with the MC showing him affection. Since ML doesn't understand basic emotions and things. This can go down hill fast he could wind up being obsessive & possesive over the MC. We see it by him demanding the MC to pay attention to him. It can easily go from green flag to red to black.

So get your tissues ready it's going to go downhill fast. I was depressed ASF while reading the novel that I had to put it down.
I might have to put this on hold. I don't particularly like love triangles.&& Try to avoid them but since I was enjoying the story I'll probably come back to it when I'm in the mood for a love triangle story.
