I don't feel like Jiwoon needed to apologize to Suha, especially since I see it from Suha's perspective. Jiwoon was unwillingly drugged and almost raped himself, and normally Jiwoon cares very much for Suha that his actions when he was drugged were an absolute aberration from his regular character.
