There is a blockbuster movie called The King's Speech that deals with exactly this sort of disability. It can be fixed, but it requires lots of practice, time, and effort for someone to overcome. The lady coworker at the very end is the best support in this story so far!

Definitely is a unique plot because there are rarely any yaoi that deals with the trials and tribulations of pregnancy. He got raped for sure. Frankly speaking though, the author doesn't force in a confession of love, nor does the author seem intend to just blow off the entire thing, judging from the mc reactions.
When I read the EXR chat, I remembered the time when my father caught me reading yaoi on my phone. It still embarrasses me to say that I bawled my high school eyes out in front if him for a good amount of time afterwards as he sat on my bed saying nothing. Nothing bad happened afterwards, but I felt so bad when he found out.
