I'm completely confused. At one point, Jun-oh was all cool and excited in the relationship. Now it feels like the entire thing is going to fall apart. Also, his character changed from being meek yet cool and all of a sudden to aggressively anti-social.

I definitely think his chaeacter is most confusing now, he acts different every chapter seems like ╮(─▽─)╭

It doesn't just happen randomly to him, the source of Junoh's problem was shown to us, and he's the type who is full of insecurities, the quiet type who was always alone and knows no other way to deal with his problems. He's trying to deal with problems himself like he always has. This development gives Junoh more character, he has mood swings too, which makes him way more fleshed out as a character.

Not amused. I wonder if the uke will break like so many before him. Reminds me of the story with the motorcyclist racer who trades his body in order to get funding for his team, only to become his sponsor's sex slave. Like, there was no satisfying ending, or even a sense of closure at all.

LOVE this comment.

Agreed.
The real Ludwig II has a distaste for Prussia, so seeing that replicated here was pretty good too. It was pretty infuriating to see his own government betray him in order to be part of Germany, especially since within 3 decades the empire, by which that jackass Count Holnstein had forced Ludwig to be a part of, had become the 3rd Riech.
