bro I saw it by mistake in some manga.. it looked so similar

it was about a FEMBOY or dude saying he was to boyish to be a girl and too girlish to be a boy. Basically, the boy kinda admired/was jealous of another boy because he was so out going and he side (the femboy) that no one wants to hang out with a feminine boy like me to the outgoing boy.
