I ended up hating all the male leads!! If ever og nina is seeing this she will think the king is shameless! That knight is trash, doctor doesnt deserve being a doctor and the saintess is selfish, even the pope is trash. My ghad!! Frustration is eating me up. I want nina free! Find someone else she love. And if ever the new nina remember og nina’s life at the tower or if it is included in the novel she should just take revenge against them. Fuck them over. I hate thisss!! At first i like this and the king is hot. But i cant seem to move on from what happened to og nina. And it feels soo unfair!! but i will still continue reading this. Ill think of this as the king wont meet his true love again because it is not og nina’s soul residing her body. But it still feels unfair that those ML lived normally in first Timeline and even here. I like the duke and the scholar to be her ML. Because beato(scholar) is the only one who end up caring for her though it was far too late and he made the wrong choice to let things unfold and besides he didnt have a choice because the king allowed it. Soooo saaad (just ranting)
The real Nina deserves to be free but the one inside nina is not her anymore. Its hayoon. A modern 20 year old office worker. The duke can't be the ml because its more weird. He is 5 years younger than hayoon. Or do you mean its okay because she's a woman?
The king had a reason to kill the real nina because of the grand duke's actions. His selfishness led her to death. He knew the kind would not kill him but did he worry about nina?no.

Honestly, i dont know what happenes in the novel, but from only webtoons readers point of view...sure its sad that og nina died, but she made her choices. The death wasnt really uncalled for. She herself decided to help saintess run away and the excecution wasnt unfair. She did the crime-she paid the price.
As far as age gap or size difference are concerned i dont really care if the love story is good. Plus king is hot ! So im all for king x nina!

I understand how you feel. But the author really did a good job of fleshing out all the characters. They all made mistakes and selfish choices which is why Hayoon who is now Nina tries her best to avoid stepping on any land mines. Think of the original story as a sort of guide manual for an rpg character. Its a cheat sheet. It might happen and not. The ending depends on her actions. i think if we remember this wee may see the plot on a more unbiased perspective.

If eursicca tells them the truth about lindsay being a woman and as we can see lindsay wanted to leave asap when only her gender was found out. Then she will leave the duke broken hearted. I’ll just think of it as some karma for how many times he tried to use lindsay as some bait or even sacrifice soo i wont suffer the angst... cause even if the duke did so many bad things towards lindsay, in the end it looks like all of it is her fault for deceiving him and she will suffer again. She was pitiful i think fian is her first love T_T
