Can i get the raws??

here are the raws, but i think the translation caught up to the most recent chapter on the raws so—

Omg no it doesn’t literally ask anyone else. Maybe you haven’t been reading manga that long but “upload” is not included in the definition. I’m only saying something cuz that person literally gave you the raws and you were like those aren’t raws. That’s why these are called “English translations.” If there is a translated version, there is a native or RAW, unedited version. Literally, just look up the exact question, “what does raw manga mean”

Oof, i didnt think there'd be discord in my comment. But in a sense, you're not completely wrong when you say this - raws *are* chs that have yet to be translated. However, saying that raws are *only* chs that haven't been translated is where you're wrong.
The better and more correct meaning of raws are that they're the *original* chapters. In context, if you're reading a translated version, all untranslated chapters from beginning to end are considered raws because they're the *original* chapters in their *native* language, hence "raw."

“what does raw manga mean?” Google: “raw: Anime episode or manga scans in its original language without editing or subtitles.”
And I wasn’t mad lmaoo I was letting you know that you are wrong since you thought you were smart correcting them like that but you don’t seem to know when to admit you’re wrong

I mean to be fair, if i was in yuna's shoes or a character in the story, i would totally fall for ijin as well. But romance just feels kinda iffy when i know this story is more about ijin learning to live with his family and friends with some action sprinkled in. (And i totally wouldnt mind if ijin turned out to be ace.)

To the ppl who have an issue with the story by placing it in an irl context: i agree, but I'd just like to remind you that there are some factors you may have forgotten or didn't take into account.
1) we're well aware of the situation and how bad it is if it were irl
2) its fictional, so any and all fantasies have no limit even if they are problematic. Its when ppl start acting on their problematic fantasies/projecting it onto others that it becomes a real issue
3) CNC kink exists
4) anything 2D is better than 3D for some ppl
5) it goes along with #4, but good-looking 2D men can almost always get a pass

1+2) i understand that this is fictional but it still romanticises this behaviour and can make young impressionable people think it is okay, he harasses her and then emotionally manipulates her into feeling bad for not accepting his advances
3) yes CNC is a kink but he doesn’t know that she may have that kink, and we don’t even know if she has that kink. In fact they have discussed absolutely nothing along those lines
4+5) these are terrible excuses, he has forced himself on her many times and even when she has said stop and no continuously, but “it’s okay, he can sexually harass her cause he’s handsome”
y’all are weeeeeiiirrdddd

I get your point, but ig I should've made myself more clear. These are just some reasons for why some of us enjoy reading stories such as these bc some of yall can't comprehend some of these factors and instead resort to calling readers who enjoy/aren't bothered by such stories "weird."
Addressing your comments in an irl context:
ik it's a cynical approach to ur comment on the first 2 points, but life and reality is shitty. Ppl are just going to have to learn and grow through experience. If ppl romanticize smth and end up getting the bad end of the stick, well, tough luck. And if they still don't pick up their shit and grow from such experiences, then gg ig. Try again next time, <insert words of encouragement and support>. Again, life/reality is shitty. So everyone, without exception, uses fiction and fantasy to escape it.
For your comment on point 3, I didn't mean that MC had a CNC kink. I meant there are ppl who have a CNC kink who may enjoy reading stories such as this. It doesn't necessarily have to be a CNC kink either, there are some S&M undertones and obvious themes that appeal to some readers.
For your comment on point 4, again, you're putting the story in an irl context. And you seem to have missed the message for 4 and 5. This all just circles back to points 1 and 2, where we all know its bad but its fiction and scratches some sort of itch for some of us.
I'm not trying to say that your arguments are invalid. I'm just trying to get yall to understand some things you've never taken into consideration or even thought about. And honestly, I think those who call others weird for what some readers read, and don't understand/accept why they enjoy it, are the weird ones. Its not that hard to just accept the fact and move on? It's literally the same concept as "don't like, don't read" and then moving on.
I have a feeling that the master was quite the looker when he was young
