I started following it but when the notice and placeholder came up it didn't notify me on either....it's not the first time mangago has done this to me. Always makes me wonder what manga I haven't gotten notified on and they are complete now. I have to many on my list that going through would take too long.

No he shows up in chapter 34 and this series is a total of 50ncgapters and just these 2 seasons. And he isn't so much a psycho but an arrogant asshole who thinks that since Gyuwon lost the weight he earned the oh so wonderful privilege of being fucked, and I mean topped, by him. But him coming actually makes Geon step up even though Gyuwon only likes him now, but he won't put up with someone trying to take his man.

Yeah I get it, and if I hadn't read the raws I would have thought the exact same thing you did would happen. But thankfully this isn't one of those would sudden drama, angst, or misunderstandings that lead to mistrust or breakups so you have nothing to worry about with this one.
