IM sooooo freaking happy Jaekyung was there! They need to communicate! Both parties suffered enough! Jaekyung abandoned all of his disciplines. He’s drinking, can’t train, had to postpone his return, and is haunted by the fact he’s fulfilling someone’s low expectations of him that “he’s not good enough” (probably abuse from a parent when he was younger. Which makes sense because why would someone who trains as hard as him and is disciplined like him would take a psychological superstition (his jinx) seriously). Like ik we haven’t seen it directly yet but inferring what Jaekyung has gone through isn’t hard to do. I feel bad for both parties and could see how they would both soon crack under the pressure. Regarding Dan, I was happy and suprised that doc was able to work in his field again because I remember he talked about being blacklisted in the city even though he’s extremely talented and diligent at his job. However, it’s like his job became a prison for him because all of his efforts towards caring for his grandmother is in vain. Like I’ve been there and watching a family member die hurts so damn much. Like you want all that time with them but they’re just in a bed barley living. They accept it and be ready to go but we can’t help but be selfish and want a little more time :( when this was happening to me I thought about following my loved one into he after life. It’s irrational but it felt like my world would end with them. It wasn’t suprising to see Dan reach that same point. ┗( T﹏T )┛

Honestly, Minho just doesn’t fucking get the point! YOU HIT HIM?! after that point wtf do you mean YOU’LL let everything slide like wtf!!! I always loved our mc because he’s human and you don’t know what it’s like to be in mentally abusive relationships until you end up in them. I’m not saying the mc is right but leaving these relationships is a process! I’m happy he can genuinely smile and leave his abuser! Sheesh I love this story so much because it’s so realistic! It’s easier said than done to “just leave” but when you’re finally able too omg nothing feels better!

Do you know in Asian cultures they call a lot of people “younger” than them “a child” ( like a lot of 30+ year olds refer to people in their 20s as “kid” or hell I even heard some say “they’re just babies”. They do this to signify that the 20 year old is new to adulthood. While in America we’re gifted that title at 18) if all these beings existed at the same time and one has a “younger” more naive persona the older personas are bound to refer to that persona as “a child” even if they’re based on a 20+ year old.
I love this story because it really explains the feeling one would feel with an extreme financial gap! Like I’ve been with someone who made more than me three separate times. First time was terrifying and quite toxic. Second time was equally terrifying not as toxic because I didn’t accept much help because I didn’t want to become financially dependent on someone who could walk away when better arrives. Third and final time I feel like a puppy scared of humans lol ╥﹏╥. Like all of the help in his ear won’t help either

I don’t think Dan looks peaceful. he’s back in debt all over again, he just lost his grandmother, and his first love. Like he’s in a beautiful setting but if I was in his situation I would just feel defeated tbh he never even got to confess his feelings. He’s a dedicated and talented physical therapist and can’t even work in his field because he was blacklisted because of the hospital director. Like he’s back at square one but without his grandmother. Also this Jaekyung hate is insane. Yes his personality sucks I’ll agree on that but being the best in the world at something and everyone trying to knock you from your throne you’re going to become defensive and break when you finally lose that. If you guys was in that situation would you trust anyone easily? I feel bad for both parties! They just need to talk it out because in jaekyung’s eyes Dan is going to be suspicious because he received that photo of Dan meeting with the opposing gym! Even though they cleared that look how many of the gym goers instantly betrayed the gym and jaekyung when they “looked up to him”! I just can’t wait for them to find each other again (〜￣△￣)〜
