Well in the initial chapters he did think that they were dating after doing the papapapap and as far as I can remember that carries on for some chapters even after jihan said they weren't dating so calling him a green flag is defenitely a no he seems boderline manipulative to me and jihan only likes him cause he sees good sexual chem with him
