It's been ages but nobody answered your question and I investigated. It's book cover. It's yuri Anthology. "Tsubomi (anthology)" you can find it on Mangago.me. You can find it in vol.14 ch.2. There is no sign there is manga about it. I think it's just cover of the vol.14

Most otome like manga starts with the MC being reincarnated/ recalling the memories of her past life...but in this novel, it shows the events after the banishment/demotion of the MC which is quite refreshing for me

She IS the heroine, the one she let get away with bullying her is the villain. She didn't want to marry the Prince because she hated his personality and would rather let the villain who does like him to have him instead, but since her shitty parents is power hungry and would probably do anything to prevent that, she had to do it this way. So while the villain was terrible for bullying her, the MC only get this way because she let her because they have the same goal.
I don't know what Im feeling right now like I don't like the way that she's being push to work hard w/out equal compensation or atleast reward...
