it isn't a matter of what anyone else would do...

it would be a different matter if he was a student, in which case he would be part of the school hierarchy (it still wouldnt morally be the right thing to do to not inform anyone), but he's a teacher and supposedly has the power to stop it.
im just saying, just because he has mental issues, it doesnt excuse him from the fact that he's a teacher and has his responsibilities as an adult who looks after the students

Its dev not. He already asking. So he still not really wrong. Why helping if she herself dont want to be help she even suspect him record her body. And send her that message.

in most cases victims dont come forward about their abuse, he knows she wont ask for help, not because she doesnt need it or want it, but because she can't. just like he probably couldn't. you'd think with them both going through such similar pains and life struggles, it would give him some affinity for her struggles and genuinely hate seeing her go trough this. but he seems content with the moral being that the victim should have to suffer for the bully's actions.
