im so happy to reread this story! the translated version really brought out a different aspect of the characters and made me understand it in a different way :’) will love this manga forever
i loved the initial premise but imo this had sooo much wasted potential in the development. we could’ve seen more scenes from highschool and why they fell for each other, we could’ve seen the straight guy slowly questioning his sexuality and heteronormativity over the years, seeing the different dates each year would’ve been interesting too, and keeping the jealousy arc/misunderstanding about him moving on would’ve been so satisfying. i wish the author could rewrite this all these years later but with this different sort of pacing

this slowly is turning into one of my favorite stories, ever since they’ve gotten in their relationship they’ve just been so cute and healthy but still real aaaagh i’m rooting for them
So interesting to see this arc about his journalism internship and how he has to navigate Korea’s hierarchy while also being the kyuho he is which is a very justice oriented no bs person. I’m genuinely interested to see how he would do in this field in the long term and if he would make it out successfully
