No But from previous comments it seems we've had a time skip where the author is showing how they're developing the relationship after all the trauma they both suffered we still see that they have anxiety and are still working on things that are alien to them but now they are both able to say 'I LOVE YOU' to one another showing that the uke has finally taken a step to overcome his previous relationship
