It's all about forgiveness and choosing to move past what happened TOGETHER. I know of relationships where one cheats but the other forgives because of love among other things. My own parents are an example. They are still together and still sweet toward each other but my father made mistakes. And mother is not perfect either. They both learned to accept each others' flaws and chose to love each other in spite of it.
I also know of relationships who fall apart because forgiveness maybe present some mistakes are just harder to move past on. Such is life. Anyhow, i get the impression that Natsuki won't cheat ever again seeing as to how he realized what is really important in his life. And he had to realized that in the most painful way too. Now, Arata.... That is a different. If we are to believe that Arata is indeed kind, he won't cheat ever.

This really needs a whole volume for forgiveness. Not a few extra pages or an extra chapter.

I could totally imagine Arata cheating next.

I'm guessing he could tell that Ryouma lied to him that Na-chan was thinking about Arata when they were cheating, and how Ryouma is the bad guy, blah-blah. After all, who would want to make their image look bad in front of others? Only a good guy who has a reason to (and perhaps a few exceptions).

Or if Arata doesn't cheat, I could also imagine him being a paranoid and possessive, and occasionally abusing Natsuki every time some other guy approaches Natsuki.

Or both.

In my opinion, this should've ended with them separating. They could go back together, but not in that simple manner where they never talked it out. I guess the continuation is left up to our imagination ;;
