Can I start by saying the MoH (Mandate of Heaven) arc was genuinely reallyy REALLLY gooddd ??? I was actually super invested throughout the whole arc and the writing in it was amazinggg like u can tell the author put SO much thought to it...they gotta lock in and make a whole story for it or something similar bc it has insane amount of potential.. It was my fav arc and the best one tbh and the coffin arc following it in second place. I can't wait till they get animated :3
Anyways, I only started reading this for shits and giggles to see what the hype was all abt but I was not expecting to enjoy it that much lmao, the cosplays were fireee, the characters are all likable and some of the subplots were lowk interesting!! Although I'm disappointed w the ending... it was very rushed, the time skip was too sudden, there's still some plot holes to the MoH arc and the romance development happened way too fast and was unsatisfying, ik it's cheesy for me to say this but I wanted to see them go on dates and witness their wedding... :(
Overall, this was soooo close to being peakk sigh... but I still think it was a pretty good read, and I don't regret giving it a shot!!
Bro after seeing the arc I immediately searched up for any manga/manhwa remotely similar to it.
I heard Claymore is similar but I haven't read it so idk
