I feel like the isekai part was added to make Mikito oblivious to the world around him. He’s very clueless and makes a lot of mistakes bc he’s been chucked into a world that’s kind of the same but different in a way that obscures world-typical behavior (if that makes sense). Like stuff for other Mikito is normal for everyone else except our Mikito, making him need help from Yanagawa to be semi-normal

They answered this in the latest updated extra, they switched bodies and the other senoue just handed his resignation letter to the black company and went on to live his life normally. I think that he would be better within a world without dynamics.
