I didn't think it was a type because there was a comma between the two names. It's like someone asking you:
"Hey, what's your name again?" asks Nate, who is someone you know.
And your response would be, "It's Charlie, Nate."
Because Liam said: "It's Liam, Oliver."
Liam was addressing the Omega by his name after repeating his own.

Totally agree, that was actually the very first person I thought of when she said a woman answered the intercom and I'm pretty sure he already knows the misunderstanding which is why hes so desperate to contact her
