The only thing I don’t understand is how could Dohyun forget the first person he loved?
I can chew everything else somehow, but not this. Unless we have amnesia we never forget first love, especially if we trusted that person and he betrays us. That part is the biggest hole in this story. Maybe for example if Donhyun had some head injury (if that uncle had hurt him for example) so he forgot everything about high school this recollection would make sense. But like this unfortunately no, Dohyun was not 2 years old when it all happened, but 19-20. How could he forget?

I'd argue its just him and maybe a couple others sometimes big changes to your body can cause hormone shifts but it probably depends on the person
