I liked that it was straight omegaverse since you don't see that everyday in manga but as everyone the straight incompetence of the FL just kills it. I can suspend my belief for the countless ridiculous plots out there but not this one. She should be fired in all honesty. As someone said a detective isn't her calling.
Some of you gotta understand the amount of views things here rack up. It's insane and that could equal good money. Hell things that are FREE on webtoon still get insane amount of views here. Some of you saying its oh it's just one site or like it's no big deal are just being willfully ignorant at this point.

There was no problem with how Kotaro worded what happened. That man hit on Asako and gave her his number in front of her boyfriend and she did the equivalent of like saving his number in her phone in front of her boyfriend (accepting and keeping his card). There is no toxicity or red flag. You just don't do that in a relationship, definitely not in front of your boyfriend. Sure you can say, Asako is so innocent she didn't realize but that does not equate to Kotaro being toxic. In fact her crying afterwards seem a bit of an overreaction and if we hadn't been following this manga and know Asako I would think she's just crying so he forgives her. Literally though this is a non-issue and Asako can take this as a learning experience.
But forreal. In real life no bf/gf would just accept their SO taking the number of a person who hit on them in front of them. That's just not something you do when you're in a relationship.

I'm so glad someone's finally translating this. The novel got me into Danmei and Asian novels in general. I found the manga but no translation and then it updated sporadically so I hope it's being continued
Yea, I remember seeing the translator post pictures of the manhua. I didn’t realise that it wasn’t translated until now haha
If you're gonna adapt what's essentially a romance novel, you can't just gloss all the r-rated scenes. Like what's the point? While it's nice to see the story in manhwa, it's a disappointing adaptation. Man yaoi will have everything out there with so many manhwa's but they don't seem to give the same treatment to straight romances. This could of been an opportunity

that's because of the age limit, the LN probably was for older audience? Yaoi is already pretty much smut from the get-go. The minimal nudity here was already "white washed" out.... frustrating but...
this should not have been the novel they adapt if they were going for a younger age limit. All this would do is drive younger audiences to the smutty novel. Truly they might as well not have adapted this one. The novel is basically smut - the story was interesting but there was A LOT of smut, like yaoi levels of smut. The way it is now, i wish they hadn't chosen this novel. I'd rather hope it had gotten picked up by someone else since apparently the novel was popular korean.
The manhwa feels so lacking, because it hints at it wants to go the smut route (not completely getting rid of it's romance novel routes) but can't because of age limit and it just seems so badly done. Like he basically ate my girl out and it's just such an awkward mess how they do it lol. They might as well as not even show clips of them having sex and just rework the story in that aspect.
I don't disagree, I miss the smut scenes from the LN as well, it's kinda lacking that level of obsession he has with her. But that's an entirely different discussion, I was just saying why it doesn't have it. There doesn't seem to be a halfway, it's either teen stuff or it turns directly into smut, and for manwha/manga etc to be smut it seem to have to have smut scenes almost every 2nd or 3rd chapter... and in this story it wouldn't have worked at least at the start.
