Honestly tysm for picking this up, we're dying for scraps rn, but just 1 person trying to clean and typsetting in less than a week is going to burn you out. I'm just glad someone is picking it up
But the story feels like something a 13y/o would put on Wattpad. Like there's a lot of 'just in case' plot lines that never get explored again and characters learn a lot of information "off screen" so it feels like it's coming from no where
I thought for sure it'd go in the direction of "the only reason I allowed this marriage is because of the baby"

Alan is gay and ends up with the prince
They rise to dukedom and now Karin's son is in position of heir(since her husband is third prince and Alan is "unmarried")
Mary marries a commoner and her house falls

I love how in love they are with each other and how *dense* the fl is when is comes to the dukes feelings. But also, he just needs to come out and say it directly

If you go back to the first couple of comments in 2011/12 it's all "so cute!" "Loved it!" ect but now it's people pointing out the premise for the first and last story is pretty fucked.
