Metatron is wanted by all. His other bed mate(fuck buddy) whom we saw in the middle, placing a bet with him to capture hell's most powerful half blood. This person, hence was sough by him, but this person was in their baby form, their memory and form both depend on the level of power, if they have less XP they stay in their baby from until they recover wholly.
