I also believe that everyone is an NPC ( including Bada ) and the only playable character is the Killer (if there’s one to begin with) idk it just makes sense specially after Bada admitting having no memories from previous life and how the NPC in this chapter kinda of knew what was gonna happen.

Personally it makes me really uncomfortable that green haired guy doesn't want to do things with purple haired guy, he never really wanted to do it...
