Asuka would never fall pregnant on purpose, especially that she doesn't want to win Nanami that way. However to answer your question directly: no, he won't. I had an exchange once with another fan and we came to an interesting conclusion. It is possible that Nanami abhorred marriage even before meeting his ex-girlfriend (the actress, I forgot what her name is). Hence it is a deep-seated issue. Even if he were facing the possibility of losing her, he would cling to her without wavering his position on that part. Of course he realizes that he can't give her up, but ...
I didn't mean she would purposely do that. They do make love a lot so I thought maybe the odds of it happening unintentionally was a possibility. In addition, I've read the raws and I was wondering to what extent his mind set goes. As hard as Asuka is trying to comprise and respect his and her own opinion; there has to be a line. Humans aren't perfect and I'm sure there will be a boiling point.
Oh I was just expanding an idea from the original question. Actually, from my point of view the boiling point of the plot has already been reached when Nanami told Asuka that one the time comes, he will let her go. He understood shortly after, that he might not be able to go through with it. Another boiling point was reached when he understood that Kamiya is seriously competing for Asuka's love and hand in marriage. It is now up to Asuka to decide about the future of their relationship. She was motivated by Kamiya to question what she should do for Ryuu. If she loved him then surely she will be able to change as much as she can for him, even if it meant giving up on her dream. Furthermore, she is not loathing Ryuu for it. The more she realizes how much she loves him, the more she wants to compromise. This a sense of maturity characterizing her character and this manga all together.
