I’m taking the author for court for pain and suffering, the way I started crying cause our baby Lakrak died and in 2.648484 seconds, my man is an apostle. Pimped out in a new fit, MY TEARS ARE EXPENSIVE AUTHOR SAN you can’t just put lakrak in a mink coat and think it’s okay (I’m joking this is the best outcome my baby is still here and in the plot)

The thing with the mermaid was so confusing, MC is doing all the work and she’s just the distributor, so 10% would be Farris, it’s his magic and it cures everything, 70% is crazy and even if he owes her money why should someone else pay his debt. Also she will get more than he owes in a few months once this cure all medication hits. She’s a scammer through and through.

I think the MC is just nervous and lacks social interaction which is why he blushes and stutters around pretty girls, I wouldn’t slap pedo on him so soon as he did dodge azu’s kiss in her adult form which was good cause I thought she was an adult trapped in a child’s body but it’s the other way so him accepting the kiss would have been horrendous.
Imma say let this one develop a bit.

The fact that she took over the girls room after causing her to be banished, she triggers my flight or fight like I feel like punching my screen. It’s like I can hear her annoying high pitch voice in my head and I want to strangle her. I don’t care if she is actually nice I do not want her or the prince to be happy, I want their relationship to combust into dust.

I’m kind of annoyed that Hutao isn’t interfering with the future when it’s needed. He’s wishy washy, he will interfere as a doctor but doesn’t prevent what’s happening now. He doesn’t even have to say it, he could have someone leave a letter.
The story lost its place, if it’s going to focus on him being a doctor that’s fine but he’s actively letting people die by being a bystander.
I’m just confused and getting lost in the story cause it’s like a history book and MC is just the side character looking in, instead of a character living there.

Personally I feel it's more accurate since he can't really do his job as a physician if he got wrapped up in the politics. It's not his strong suit so he'd be dead by now really. I also like it better than the stories that outright re-do history. Like that one Korean story were he "invents" modern guns and cannons and uses them to defeat the Mongolians and Chinese? Stop, that's embarrassing!
In any case, this is more realistic in showing that one person, even with cheats and influence, can't change the flow of natural course like preventing uprisings. Ppl will ultimately become corrupt or be discontent with the corrupted. I'm disappointed Cao Cao didn't heed his warning but that too is ultimately his fate and his nature. There's not much MC can do about that.
The translation was so bad I just started skimming but I have up somewhere in the 40s
Translation is good now. I don't think you'd miss that much to skip to the end of the arc around the 50s TBH.
