I feel like this genre of story with insane MCs making the best of it should just be called Lloydism, cause you get Vietnam flashbacks of his behaviour when you read things like this

When i read a novel the tang girl makes me laugh. Mu Jin literally beat the shit of her because he think this girl crazy. But she always try the art her aunt teach that always ended in vain. (Only make mujin think her brain damaged because he beat her too hard)

That guy died way too easy for what he did to the sister, they needed something that liquified his shit from the inside out. Get 10 recluse spiders and a black widow to bite him or something.
Still, a pathetic death is incredibly fitting for him. He was poisoned, but to the rest of the world, he choked on his food and died. Regardless of his accomplishments in life, the only legacy he's leaving behind is that of the idiot who choked to death due to his own carelessness in a random ass inn.

Other than that I’m tired of them calling his male form ugly, like straight to his face constantly, I usually quit stories where the keep calling the main character hideous. I loved Great Estate Developer but I took a break with them insulting Lloyd’s face so much!

It’s an Asian thing lol, especially S Korea. Not usually “you’re ugly” straight up but more like “your face is a little plain” or a “have you considered PS?”

Especially cause the original novel art, he’s not even ugly at all, they made him look worse in the manwha but still not ugly.
It was funny at first, I like some of the scenes cause it was actually funny but if they keep repeating the same joke in almost every other chapter it gets tiring and finally infuriating, and most of the guys who called lloyd ugly are fucking hideous themselves like bitch r u fr, it's not funny anymore it's just annoying, I feel like the artist and the writer who's doing the adaptation (not the author) is trying too hard to make things funny but it isn't, it's just plain and boring now
Exactly the same joke over and over and over was so stale it started to get beyond annoying. Other aspects were funny and I was enjoying but that part took me out of it. I’m going to reread it cause I know it’s good, but I can’t like them constantly calling him straight up hideous.
The new story by the same author and artist takes kind of the same direction in calling the MC scary looking, which I find more acceptable since they aren’t calling him ugly
When I tell you I love a fox eyed character I love the priest guy down bad, I’m getting flashbacks of Gin from Bleach. Fox eyed characters are always little chaotic cuties
I feel like this is gonna get an anime soon, and if it does I hope the art style is pretty and sticks to what the artist has done so far. It’s really beautiful and I hope they don’t go with the generic rushed anime style and actually take time.
You know how you can tell when something is gonna have an anime because of the quality, like I read Kaiju #8 when it just had one chapter and thought “yeah this will get an anime and in like a year the anime was announced, this is giving me similar vibes.
