Uh I don't care how you try to rationalize it I'm not going to be convinced of the pro noble stance

Yeah, I think I didn't properly convey what I meant. I don't think they're entirely positive, but they do love their children and aren't abusive to others, which is a low bar, but I think it shows how even these good nobles have bad views. What would be a shown as being a good dad in other mangas is here depicted as wasteful and bring spoiled

I'm curious about how the author will have the commoners react. Far too many works let end up writing Commoner Stupid and Bad, Noble Smart and Good.
Even when writing from a commoner's perspective, they tend to end up as a Noble because they deserved for being Good and Smart - different from the *rest of* the commoners. Very Oliver Twist of them, tbh.
I'm so confused every character in this is so one dimensional. But I genuinely don't get why the brother and the father are on the younger one's side? Like there's absolutely no sort of logic provided to explain why the brother is acting this way???
The blue hair girl has manipulated everyone into thinking that Yuria is just this terrible person so everyone pities the girl because of it. They also mentioned how friendly she way and that’s also how she got them on her side
Ok but that doesn't make sense at all to the level of hatred they display towards her and the level of grace they give the younger one. Like it would only make sense if they were stupid and couldn't see anything for themselves but that doesn't fit into their character design. I think the author just didn't bother to flesh any of the characters out properly
You’re definitely right, the author made the characters very one dimensional. I thought you had forgotten their explanation for their behavior. The author seems to kinda have made their characters bad for the sake of being bad, with little to no clear motive or logic
